Every ear is a different room.
A private 30-minute conversation with one of our master fitters, a short in-room audiogram, and a hand-built configuration that suits your ear and your music. Most fittings happen by video; you’re welcome to visit the atelier.
The process

The test
A short in-room audiogram, then a brief tonal preference check using familiar music. We measure, but mostly we listen with you.
The tune
Your hearing profile and a driver configuration, hand-assembled by one fitter in our Lisbon atelier. Signed, sealed, shipped with care.
Meet the fitter
One pair of hands, start to finish.
Our master fitters are musicians, recording engineers, and former acousticians. Each takes roughly twelve fittings a month on purpose — so that every conversation stays present, and every build is the only thing on the bench.

A real conversation
30 minutes by video or in the atelier. Quiet room, good headphones on our side, and time to ask anything you want.
A written profile
You’ll receive a one-page profile of your fitting — driver choice, voicing notes, and our suggestions for your first 30 days.
Reserve your fitting
Tell us a little, we’ll do the rest.
We aim to reply within one working day with two or three times that work for you. There is no charge for the fitting itself when you go on to place a build.
Privacy · your data
Your hearing profile and contact details are stored only for the purpose of your fitting. We never share them. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
